CTET Recruitment 2019: Central Teacher Eligibility Test known as CTET is an Indian entrance examination for teachers. CTET Eligibility Criteria | CTET Recruitment

In order to apply for CTET 2019, candidates will have to fulfill certain eligibility conditions. Candidates should meet with any one of the following eligibility criteria:

Education Qualification

For primary level aspirants (I to V)

Must have scored at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary and passed/pursuing the final year of two-year Diploma course in Elementary Education.
Must have passed class 12^th with minimum 50% marks and passed/appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
Also, must have passed class 12^th with minimum 50% marks and passed/appearing in the final year of Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Furthermore, must have passed 12th class with 45% marks and passed/appearing in the final year of Elementary Education Diploma, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.
Also, must have done graduation and passed/appearing in the final year of Diploma in Elementary Education.

For elementary level aspirants (VI to VIII)

Candidates who have passed graduation and passed/pursuing the final year of two-year diploma in elementary education are eligible for this exam.
Also, passed graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and passed/appearing in a one-year Bachelor of Education course.
Also, passed graduation with at least 45% marks and passed/pursuing one-year Bachelor of Education in accordance with NCTE Regulations.
Furthermore, obtained a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks and passed/appearing in one-year B.Ed. course (Special Education).
Have passed the 12th exam with a minimum of 50% marks and passed/appearing in the last year of a four-year Bachelor in Elementary Education programme.
Have passed the 12th exam with at least 50% marks and passed/pursuing last year of four-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed.

Minimum of 17 Years Age

CTET Selection Process 2019 | CTET Recruitment 2019 Notification

The UGC NET exam will consist of two steps- Paper I & Paper II for the selection of Primary and Elementary Teachers in Central Government Schools.

CTET Pay Scale

Pay band of Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34800 at the side of a Gross Pay of Rs. 4200.

For successful submission of application form, candidates will have to pay the prescribed application fee amount. The application fee can be paid through both offline and online modes. Category-wise application fee details are:

Steps to Apply Online For CTET Examination

Step 1 – Visit the official website, www.ctet.nic.in

Step 2 – Click on “Apply for CTET 2019”

Step 3 – Enter personal details in the form, as mentioned in the class 10 certificate.

Step 4 – Choose any 3 exam centers, preferred language, and paper option.

Step 5 – Fill academic, communication and other required details and enter security text.

Step 6 – Once done, upload the photograph in the prescribed format and in jpeg format.

Step 7 – Upload the signature in jpeg format.

Step 8 – After the uploading of images, automatically redirected to the fee payment page.

Step 9 – Choose the payment option; whether online or through e-challan.

Step 10 – For online payment, select payment gateway (debit card/credit card/net banking).

Step 11 – For offline payment, download the e-challan and deposit the fee in Canara Bank or Syndicate Bank.

Step 12 – A preview of the final page will be displayed on the screen.

Step 13 – Print it for a record and future processes.

Step 14 – Hard copy must not be sent to CTET office.
