IBPS Probationary Officer is a well-paid post and is highly popular among all bank aspirants. After being hired as a bank PO, individuals have to go through a 2 years’ probation period. During this course of time, general banking training is provided to the officers. Candidates learn various roles, responsibility, baking terms and management work of the banks. If the performance of the officer is not up to the standards then the probation period is extended.
