CSIR NET is conducted in Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences subjects. The successful candidates are awarded JRF or are determined eligible for Lectureship depending upon cutoff and the marks secured.
CSIR NET Pay Scale
The stipend of a JRF selected through CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) will be Rs 25,000/ p.m for the first two years. In addition, the annual contingent grant of Rs. 20,000/- per fellow will be provided to the University / Institution.

| Step 5 – The payment will be done through offline mode in any of the branches of Indian bank. |
| Step 6 – The candidate should also keep a print (hardcopy) of the duly filled-in application form for future use. The candidate shall note down his/her e-mail ID and Password for future reference. |
