The National Health Mission (NHM), Madhya Pradesh has released a notification for the vacant seats of 6 months Certificate in Community Health and post of Community Health Officers (CH0s). They have already started accepting the online application form for the recruitment exam.
They will recruit candidates based on the marks obtained on the written exam. The candidates who satisfy all the eligibility criteria and pass the exam with minimum qualifying marks will be hired. The merit list is prepared on the basis of qualifying marks.

NHM Community Health Officer: Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must meet this eligibility criteria for applying for NHM Community Health Officer. Here are the educational qualification and age criteria required to apply for the NHM CHO Recruitment.
- B.Sc Nursing from a recognized university/ Institution OR
- GNM Course from a recognized Institute
- Ayurveda practitioner (BAMS)
- Registered in respective Rajasthan Nursing Council/ Board of Indian Medicine Rajasthan in Rajasthan.
Age Relaxation
Upper age limit 45 years for OBC, SC, ST, EWS, Physically Handicapped and Women candidates who are domicile residents of Madhya Pradesh.
Application Fee
Candidates have to make the application fees before submitting the form. This application fee varies depending on the caste you belong to. Here, we have also furnished the application fees details.
- General: Rs. 400/-
- OBC/ SC/ST: Rs. 300/-
- PH/ Widow/Divorce: Rs. 200/-
Pay Scale
If a candidate is selected for the position of Community Health Officer on contractual basis, they will be paid Rs 25,000 per month salary plus up to Rs 15,000 per month performance-based incentive on successful completion of training/internship period.
NHM Community Health Officer Selection Process
The candidates will be selected based on the two selection processes. The candidate has to pass the exam with the minimum qualification marks to qualify for the next selection process.

If the candidate fails to get the minimum qualifying marks they will be eliminated from the further selection process.
NHM Community Health Officer Admit Card 2021
Admit card is an important factor for attending the exam. Without the admit card the candidates are not allowed to attend the exam. The candidates have to download the admit card from the official website.
The admit card will be available 10 days before the exam. The candidates who submitted the application form before the end date are eligible for getting the admit card. The admit card was not released yet. However, we will update this page if the admit card is available on the official website.
Cut Off Marks
This Cut Off mark is the minimum qualifying marks for the candidate to pass the exam, the candidate must have to score more than the given cut off marks. The cut-off list will be prepared for General/OBC/SC/ST categories. These cut off marks will be determined by considering various factors. Minimum Cutoff marks for the various vacancies will be determined by the authority based on the factors like,
- Total number of Vacancies,
- Paper difficulty level,
- Previous year Cutoff,
- Reservation
- Several candidates participated in the examination.
The cutoff marks will be distributed along with the Exam Results.
Merit list 2021
The candidates with good marks will be called for further selection, and they will do the document verification as a final selection process. The candidates can know whether they are selected for the post by downloading the merit list.
This final merit list is released when all the selection process gets completed. The candidates who have cleared all the selection process to make it to the final merit list will be considered for the post.
